自我价值感在本科护生领悟社会支持与生命意义感间的中介效应

Mediating Effect of Self-worth on Perceived Social Support and Meaning in Life among Nursing Undergraduates

摘要: 目的 探讨自我价值感在本科护生领悟社会支持与生命意义感间的中介作用。方法 采用便利抽样,2019年5—6月选取安徽省某高校在校全日制本科护生作为研究对象。采用领悟社会支持量表、青少年自我价值感量表、生活目的测验对其进行调查。采用结构方程模型检验领悟社会支持、自我价值感和生命意义感间的中介关系。结果 本组本科护生领悟社会支持、自我价值感、生命意义感总分依次为(64.74±10.35)分、(196.40±25.73)分、(89.37±10.26)分。本科护生生命意义感与领悟社会支持、自我价值感总分均呈正相关(r=0.459、0.676,均P<0.01),领悟社会支持与自我价值感总分呈正相关(r=0.597,P<0.01)。路径分析表明,自我价值感在领悟社会支持和生命意义感间起中介作用(β=0.437,P<0.01),中介效应占总效应的79.9%。结论 本组本科护生生命意义感、领悟社会支持、自我价值感得分均处于中等偏上水平,自我价值感在本组本科护生领悟社会支持与生命意义感间有部分中介作用。护理本科院校教育者应采取多种措施提高本科护生领悟社会支持水平,增强其自我价值感,以提升其生命意义感。

Abstract: Objective To explore the mediating effect of self-worth on perceived social support and meaning in life in nursing undergraduates. Methods By convenience sampling method, 514 full-time nursing undergraduates in one medical university of Anhui Province from May to June 2019, were surveyed by using the Perceived Social Support Scale, the Adolescent Sense of Self-Worth Scale and the Purpose in Life Test. Structural equation modeling was used for evaluate the mediating relationship among perceived social support, self-worth and meaning in life. Results The total score of perceived social support, self-worth and meaning in life of nursing students was 64.74±10.35, 196.40±25.73, and 89.37±10.26 respectively. The meaning in life of nursing students was positively correlated with that of perceived social support and self-worth (r=0.459, 0.676, P<0.01), and the total score of perceived social support was positively correlated with that of self-worth (r=0.597, P<0.01). Path analysis showed that self-worth played an intermediary role in perceived social support and the meaning in life (β=0.437, P<0.01), and the mediating effect accounted for 79.9% of the total. Conclusion The scores of meaning in life, perceived social support and self-worth are relatively high. Self-worth plays an intermediary role in perceived social support and meaning in life. Educators in nursing colleges and universities should take a variety of measures to improve nursing students' perceived social support and enhance their sense of self-worth so as to enhance their sense of meaning in life.
