儿童日间手术焦虑情绪管理研究现状

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的对儿童日间手术焦虑情绪管理的文献研究进展进行综述,旨在为我国儿童日间手术患儿焦虑情绪评估及管理方法提供参考。方法检索国内外相关研究文献,从儿童日间手术焦虑情绪评估、焦虑现状及管理等方面进行综述。结果儿童日间手术焦虑情绪主要使用量表进行评估,焦虑情绪广泛存在且影响患儿健康,可使用药物干预、围术期信息支持、分散注意力的方法来减轻患儿焦虑情绪。结论可将以上方法应用于国内日间手术患儿,针对国内医疗现状,探寻更加客观的儿童焦虑评估工具和适合我国医疗环境的儿童焦虑情绪管理方式是未来研究方向。
