人体疼痛敏感性评估工具的范围综述

Human pain sensitivity assessment tools: a scoping review

摘要: 目的 总结国内外疼痛敏感性评估工具,为今后开展相关研究提供参考。方法 系统检索12个中英文数据库,检索时限为建库至2024年1月6日,筛选符合纳入标准的疼痛敏感性评估工具,提取文献基本信息(作者、国家、年份)及评估工具基本信息(工具名称、工具内容、工具优缺点及信效度),并进行分类汇总分析。结果 纳入20篇文献,包含21个疼痛敏感性评估工具,其中问卷、量表类评估工具5个;实验、仪器类评估疼痛敏感性16个,可以分为6类,分别是:定量感觉测试、温度痛阈测量、压痛阈测量、针刺痛阈测量、电痛阈测量以及激光痛阈测量。结论 疼痛敏感性评估工具种类较多,各有利弊,研究者需根据实际情况选择最合适的评估工具。目前尚缺乏多维疼痛敏感性评估工具,建议加大多维度评估工具的引入或开发。

Abstract: Objective To summarize the domestic and overseas assessment tools of human pain sensitivity, and to provide suggestions for future research. Methods We systematically searched 12 Chinese and English databases with a retrieval period spanning from the inception to January 6, 2024. The tools that met the inclusion criteria were collected. The basic information of the literature (author, country, year) and the basic information of the assessment tools (name, contents, advantages and disadvantages, reliability and validity) were extracted and analyzed. Results A total of 20 articles were included, including 21 pain sensitivity assessment tools, including 5 questionnaires and scale assessment tools. There were 16 experiments and instruments to evaluate pain sensitivity, which could be divided into 6 categories: quantitative sensory test, temperature pain threshold measurement, pressure pain threshold measurement, pinprick stimulators pain threshold measurement, electric pain threshold measurement and laser pain threshold measurement. Conclusion There are various types of tools for assessing pain sensitivity, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. Researchers need to select the most suitable assessment tool based on the specific circumstances. Currently, there is a lack of multidimensional pain sensitivity assessment tools. It is recommended to increase the introduction or development of multidimensional assessment tools.
