经济毒性对慢性病患者不良健康结局影响的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的旨在综述慢性病患者经济毒性对不良健康结局影响的研究进展,以深入了解慢性病患者经济毒性与健康结果之间的关联。方法通过检索知网、万方、Pubmed等国内外相关数据库,从经济毒性的概念、来源、对慢性病患者健康结局的影响进行综述。结果经济毒性在慢性病相关领域被广泛关注,其来源分为直接成本和间接成本。慢性病患者经济毒性与不良健康结局之间存在密切关联,高经济毒性与患者心理不适、治疗依从性下降、生活质量降低和死亡风险增加密切相关。结论经济毒性是一个重要的因素,影响着慢性病患者的健康结局。为了改善患者的健康结局,减轻经济毒性和提高生活质量,医护人员和社会工作者应重视经济毒性问题,通过完善医疗团队建设、加强医患沟通,促进共同决策、提供心理支持和干预等措施促进患者生活质量的提升。
