摘要: 目的 了解国内外短视频辅助健康教育在临床护理的应用现状,以供深入临床应用和发展提供参考。方法 回顾国内外相关研究,从常用理论、内容、形式、干预效果、评价工具等方面就短视频辅助健康教育在临床中的应用现状进行综述。结果 短视频具有多种优势,并与多媒体认知学习理论、镜像神经元理论等常用理论相结合;在临床健康教育中应用广泛,呈现形式多样,并在知识技能提升、并发症防治、满意度等方面取得了一定成效;但评价工具不一,尚缺少特有的质量评价工具,且其长期效果需进一步验证、评估。结论 短视频在公众当中普及,短视频辅助临床健康教育成为研究热点,在知识技能提升、并发症防治、满意度等方面取得一定成效。我国短视频传播特点,可为短视频在临床健康教育应用提供参考。在实施过程中,应关注受众需求和长期效果、优化应用策略,促使短视频在临床健康教育中发挥更大作用。
