《儿童、青少年和年轻成人癌症幸存者癌因性疲乏监测》解读

摘要： 目的 对国际儿童癌症晚期效应指南协调小组发布的《儿童、青少年和年轻成人癌症幸存者癌因性疲乏监测建议》进行解读,旨在为国内临床医护工作者监测并改善儿童、青少年和年轻成人癌症幸存者的癌因性疲乏状况提供参考。方法 通过对《儿童、青少年和年轻成人癌症幸存者癌因性疲乏监测建议》及相关领域文献的阅读,对其进行解读。结果 《儿童、青少年和年轻成人癌症幸存者癌因性疲乏监测建议》主要包括监测的人群、监测的时间、监测的频率、监测的方式以及发现异常如何进行有效干预5个方面。结论 我国对儿童、青少年和年轻成人癌症幸存者的癌因性疲乏关注不足,应重视这一人群的疲乏状况。未来可加强对儿童、青少年和年轻成人癌症幸存者的癌因性疲乏预防、监测和管理,提高患者生活质量。
