负性信息注意偏向在癌症幸存者中应用研究进展

摘要： 目的 对负性信息注意偏向在癌症幸存者中的相关研究进行综述,为癌症幸存者负性信息注意偏向的早期评估和干预提供参考和指导。方法 检索国内外癌症幸存者注意偏向的相关文献,从评估方法、不良影响及干预措施方面进行综述。结果 癌症幸存者易对负性信息表现出更多的注意偏向,评估方法包括问卷法和实验法,负性信息注意偏向对创伤后应激障碍、焦虑抑郁、复发恐惧以及睡眠障碍等方面具有不良影响,可通过注意偏向训练进行干预。结论 目前研究集中于癌症幸存者的注意偏向发生现状及其在心理层面的不良影响,干预研究较少,缺乏系统的注意偏向识别方法。探讨癌症幸存者注意偏向的早期识别手段,以注意偏向为切入点制定癌症相关心理痛苦的干预方法是未来研究的重要方向。
