摘要: 目的 对癌症患者久坐行为的研究现状进行综述,为开展进一步研究制定针对性的干预措施提供参考。方法 检索国内外相关文献,从测量方法、易发人群、影响因素、后果及相关干预研究进行总结归纳和分析。结果 癌症患者久坐时间大多在8 h以上,其测量方法包括主观测量和客观测量,影响因素包括社会人口学因素、疾病相关因素、个人动机因素、环境因素等。研究显示,久坐行为可能对癌症患者身体健康、心理健康以及生活质量产生影响,主要通过增加运动或减少久坐行为的干预措施降低癌症患者的久坐行为。结论 减少久坐行为能够促进癌症患者健康生活方式以改善不良健康结局,基于患者特点和相关理论研究的开展为制定癌症患者久坐行为的干预提供依据。
