轻度认知障碍患者运动干预的最佳证据总结

摘要: 目的 计算机检索轻度认知障碍患者运动干预相关证据,经评价与汇总后形成最佳证据总结。方法 计算机检索BMJ Best Practice、UpToDate、JBI、RNAO、NICE、SIGN、GIN、医脉通、美国心理协会官网、美国老年学学会官网、欧洲神经病学学会官网、阿尔茨海默病协会官网、Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、CINAHL、CBM、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库中关于轻度认知障碍患者运动干预相关的证据,包括指南、专家共识/立场声明、证据总结以及系统评价,经质量评价后对符合标准的文献进行证据提取并汇总。结果 共纳入20篇文献,其中专家共识/立场声明3篇、指南2篇、系统评价14篇和证据总结1篇。最终总结了27条最佳证据并归纳为7个大类。结论 本研究汇总了轻度认知障碍患者运动干预的最佳证据,为医护人员临床实践提供指导。
