恶性肿瘤患者安宁疗护质量评价工具研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的基于结构-过程-结局模式对国内外安宁疗护质量评价工具进行综述,为全面评价安宁疗护质量以及开发符合我国国情的安宁疗护质量评价工具提供参考。方法对国内外安宁疗护质量评价工具进行文献检索、分析与总结。结果根据结构-过程-结局模式将安宁疗护质量评价工具分为3类,包括结构指标质量评价工具、过程指标质量评价工具以及结局指标质量评价工具。结论根据实际情况选择不同的质量评价工具,对安宁疗护质量进行多个角度的评价与分析能更全面地了解恶性肿瘤患者安宁疗护质量的现状。此外,当前我国安宁疗护的质量评价仍比较薄弱,国内研究者应基于该模式编制或修订适合我国恶性肿瘤患者的安宁疗护质量评价的工具,以便比较客观地了解我国安宁疗护质量的现状。
