1733 “Technology of Establishing Enterprises” Drives the Transformation and Upgrading of Manufacturing Enterprises——The Continuous Operation Ways of Hisense
CHEN Zhijun, NIU Lu, LIU Zhen
Based on the vertical single case study, this study uses the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises as the breakthrough point, and deeply explores the connotation and formation process of Hisense Group’s“technology is the root, innovation is the soul” management thought, as well as guide enterprises to realize the evolution path of sustainable operation. The results show that the management idea of “technology of establishing enterprises “is the core driving force of Hisense Group’s transformation from a traditional TV factory to an intelligent high-tech group; driven by the technology-based transformation, enterprises present a dual path of transformation and upgrading. On the one hand, existing businesses follow the vertical transition path of the industrial chain from imitation innovation to independent innovation; on the other hand, new businesses follow the horizontal expansion path of industrial chain from innovation search to industry incubation. Among them, “structural hole” technology selection and modular trial and error are important mechanisms in the practice of technology driven enterprise transformation. As the key bridge of grafting entrepreneur’s thought and enterprise’s practice, strategic concentration ensures the implementation of “technology-based enterprise” thought.

1744 How Can Chinese International Enterprises Break Through the Barriers of Cross-Cultural Communication through Event Marketing from the Perspective of Field——Case Study Based on Hisense Group
XU Hui,LI Yang,WANG Yajun
This study takes Hisense Group as the analysis object, and based on the field perspective, after re-identifying the types and change characteristics of cross-cultural communication barriers, deconstructs the internal process mechanism of enterprises breaking through cross-cultural communication barriers with the help of event marketing. The results show that the cross-cultural communication barriers mainly include information asymmetry and value heterogeneity, and both show dynamic changes. By constructing the marketing and social field, enterprises gather audiences in multi-cultural fields to carry out competition marketing activities. The activity focus shows an evolutionary trajectory of “transfer-communication-co-creation.” The competition marketing activities in different stages affect the audience’s psychological field, and the communication effect achieved from shallow to deep is shown as “cognitive isomorphism-association transfer-value sharing.”

1756 Research on Spatial Network Structure Characteristics and Effects of Green Technology Innovation in Urban Agglomeration:Take Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle as an Example
DENG Shicheng, WU Yuming
This study analyzes the space-time evolution trend of green technology innovation in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle from 2006 to 2019 by constructing the evaluation index system, which combines with SNA method and SARAR model to reveal the network structure characteristics and effects of spatial correlation of green technology innovation. The results show that: the level of green technology innovation in the economic circle fluctuates and rises, and the spatial “radiation effect” is gradually highlighted. The network structure of green technology innovation has changed from “dual-core” to “multi-core,” and the spatial network has become closer and more stable. Chengdu and Chongqing are at the core of the network and are the main spillover cities and central actors; Deyang, Mianyang, and Yibin mainly play the role of “bridge” and “intermediary.” The economic circle is closely connected between plates, and the spatial spillover of green technology innovation is mainly intra plate spillover. The overall network density and the centrality of urban nodes have significantly improved the level of urban green technology innovation, and the positive effect of proximity to centrality is the most prominent.

1766 Theoretical Research on High-End Strategic Change Based on China’s New Context
FENG Hailong,DU Fangfang,LIU Junying,YUN Jiang
Through the classification interpretation, categorical deconstruction and summary review of the four paradigms of strategic change research, and the survey of the three-dimensional constraint on China’s high-end strategic change theory, as well as the analysis of the theory constitution law and the two mind orientations, this study establishes a new framework of China’s high-end strategic change theory. Then, based on the interpretation of theoretical idea and module deconstruction of the new framework, this study reveals the research content contained in the new framework, explains the indicative concept on high-end strategic change of the new framework and constructs its conceptual model and measurement dimensions, extracts the main problem system of the new framework and respectively sets up their own endogenous propositions, and integrates high-end change strategies of the new framework and draws the relevantly strategic map.

1776 Research on the Impact of Cross-Ownership on the Firms’ Transformation from Virtual to Real
WANG Xinguang,SHENG Yuhua
From the perspective of the financialization of entity enterprises, using the sample of Chinese A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2008 to 2019, this study explores the impact of cross-ownership on the financialization of entity enterprises. It also discusses the mechanism and environment. The empirical result shows that cross-ownership has a significant negative impact on the financialization of entity enterprises. Further, the mechanism tests show that cross-ownership mainly inhibits the financialization of entity enterprises by easing financing constraints and reducing agency costs. The heterogeneity test shows that the negative relationship between cross-ownership and the financialization of entity enterprises is more significant in enterprise groups with higher human resource slack.

1784 Study in the Two-Path Mechanism of Community Commercial Retail Layout on Residents’ Senses of Gain and Wellbeing
LI Yang,LIANG Yuxuan,WANG Yong
According to the two-factor theory, this study based on the 502 samples of Beijing families, established the influence mechanism of community commercial retail layout on residents’ sense of gain and wellbeing, aiming to explore the optimization path and management focus of community commercial retail layout. The results showed that community commercial retail layout could improve the sense of gain and wellbeing. To be more specific, if there are only basic retail outlets, the layout could improve the sense of gain through the enhancement of residents’ community service evaluation. However, if there are both basic and quality-improving retail outlets, the influence of basic retail layout would become ineffective. In contrast, quality-improving commercial retail layout could improve the sense of gain and wellbeing by increasing residents’ community service evaluation and satisfaction. Compared with new communities, this influence was particularly obvious in older communities.

1792 A Social Information Processing Perspective of Monetary Sentimental Value and Affective Organizational Commitment
FAN Zili,MA Ju,CHENG Ken,ZHANG Guiping
Based on the social information processing theory, 325 employees from 6 enterprises in Shanghai, Shijiazhuang, and Wuhan were selected as samples, and the Bootstrap method and Johnson-Neyman method were used to test the hypothesis. This study discusses the effect of monetary sentimental value on affective organizational commitment and the moderating effect of employees’ social perception of leaders (including two dimensions of competence and warmth) on it. The results show that monetary sentimental value has a positive impact on affective organizational commitment; competence strengthens the positive relationship between monetary sentimental value and affective organizational commitment; warmth weakens the positive relationship between monetary sentimental value and affective organizational commitment; when leaders have high competence and low warmth, monetary sentimental value has the strongest positive impact on affective organizational commitment.

1801 A Meta-Analysis of the Two-Side Effect of Differential Leader on Subordinates
SU Tao,DENG Silu,GUAN Minqi,CUI Xiaoyu
Based on Social Exchange Theory, this article indicates that differential leadership, characterized by favoritism and highly man-ruling, exerts a double-side effect on subordinates’work efficiency through a meta-analysis of 47 independent empirical studies with a sample size of 16592. The results show that: differential leaders benefit subordinates’ work attitude, proactive behavior, innovation, and performance. However, it may also trigger employees’ unethical behavior in the workplace. They have much stronger impacts on followers’ innovation and workplace unethical behavior. Moreover, the existing scale developed by Jiang Dingyu & Zhang Yunzhen (2010) is verified as a measurement tool with good discrimination validity. All of its three dimensions benefit followers’ work efficiency. Their positive impacts decreased in the sequence of promotion & reward, tolerance & affection and solicitude & communication. Last but not least, both regional culture and dimension division moderate the effectiveness of differential leadership. Differential leaders are more effective in China’s Mainland than those in Taiwan Province, and dimensionality shows more effective measurement results than non-dimensionality.

1811 The Influence of Team Performance Pressure on Incremental and Radical Innovation:A Moderated Mediation Model
LI Cirong,LI Chunxuan,YANG Yanyu,CHANG Naifang
Based on the pressure-creativity dual pathway model (PCDPM), this study examines how performance pressure affects team cognitive appraisal and consequently incremental/radical innovation, meanwhile the moderating role of team resilience is evaluated. The analysis based on the data collected from 990 employees from 140 R&D teams reveals that performance pressure has a significant indirect effect on the radical innovation through challenge appraisal, whereas team threat appraisal mediates the relationship between performance pressure and incremental innovation. Furthermore, the team resilience moderates the team’s dual cognitive appraisal pathways of performance pressure.

1819 Research on the Impact of Government Investment on the Innovation and Development of High-Tech Industries
CHEN Guangliang,LUO Chuanjian
Based on the panel data of high-tech industries in 28 provinces of China from 2009 to 2020, the impact of government investment on the innovation and development of high-tech industries is studied by using measurement methods such as fixed effect, threshold panel regression and intermediary effect model. It is found that the impact of government investment on the innovation and development of high-tech industries has an inverted U-shaped relationship, and the innovation path has heterogeneity on the effect of government investment on the innovation and development of high-tech industries. Independent innovation has a single threshold effect on the effect of government investment on the innovation and development of high-tech industries, and the positive effect is small below the threshold and increases above the threshold. As an action mechanism of government investment to promote the innovation and development of high-tech industries, independent innovation has a significant intermediary effect. The threshold effect and intermediary effect of imitation innovation on the innovation and development of high-tech industries are not significant. Regional economic strength has heterogeneity in the effect of government investment on the innovation and development of high-tech industries.

1828 Referral Reward Strategy of Software Product Considering Endogenous Network Externality
TANG Shi,DOU Yifan
In order to explore how firms can devise the referral reward program and the “viral product design” strategy and the relationship between these two strategies, this study jointly optimizes the price of the software product, network externality and the referral reward for profit maximization based on a game-theoretical model. The results show that there is a complex relationship between the two strategies. The optimal reward allocation on the market side is determined by the characteristics of both the product and the market. Either the recommender or the potential user should be rewarded under the optimal reward design; when the recommender is rewarded and the reward is nonzero, the “viral design” strategy and the recommendation reward strategy are independent from each other. In contrast, when the recommender is rewarded, two strategies are substitutable.

1837 Fresh Fruit Dynamic Pricing Based on Sentiment Analysis of Online Reviews
JIANG Yiping,ZHANG Ting,XIA Zhengming,ZHENG Dejun
This study addresses a problem of dynamic pricing of fresh fruit in terms of online review sentiment analysis. An online review sentiment analysis method that integrates edge sampling and collaborative training is proposed. And a dynamic pricing model of fresh fruit based on online review sentiment analysis is constructed. The proposed model is solved by an alternating direction multiplier method with Gaussian back substitution. Through numerical simulation and sensitivity analysis, the retailer’s optimal pricing decision is obtained. The results show that online reviews with positive feedback emotions can promote the sales of fresh fruit. Retailers make decisions to increase the price of fresh fruit based on the results of sentiment analysis and obtain higher profits than other pricing strategies. In addition, by comparing and analyzing the iterative results of the improved algorithm proposed in this study and the traditional alternating direction multiplier method, it is found that the organic combination of the alternating direction multiplier method and the Gaussian back substitution has faster convergence.

1847 Research on Internet Financial Risk Measurement and Prediction Based on the Mixed Frequency Data
LIU Min,REN Zhongyuan,ZHOU Decai,LYU Yingchao

Nine groups of mixed frequency risk variables during the period of January 2014 to March 2022 from macroeconomy, traditional finance industry, internet industry, and internet finance industry are adopted to timely and systematically measure the systemic risk of internet finance using the frequency-converting method and dynamic factor model. This research also use the Markov-switching model to identify the risk movement property and conduct out-of-sample forecasting using fixed parameter and rolling window forecasting methods. The results show that the mixed frequency risk variables have strong explanatory power in explaining the movements of internet financial risk; Internet finance risk has a significant regime-switching property with the risk level switching from high to low; Internet financial risk level exhibits a downward trend and will experience a moderate increase in the near future. However, it still resides in the low-risk regime in general. As internet finance return to its “finance” nature, the pro-cyclicality of risks and the resonance effect with traditional financial risks are increasingly emerging.

1855 The Impact of Social Responsibility Reports’ Aesthetics on Corporate Debt Cost
MA Baojun,SONG Yixing,CHEN Yi,ZHANG Jian
Based on the listed companies that issued social responsibility reports from 2007 to 2019, using deep learning techniques to extract aesthetic indicators from social responsibility reports, the present study investigates the empirical relationship between aesthetics of social responsibility reports and debt financing costs of the listed companies. The results demonstrate: the higher the aesthetics of social responsibility report, the lower the cost of debt financing for the listed companies, which indicates that a beautiful social responsibility report can better reduce the information asymmetry between debt creditors and the companies, and enhance the creditors’ confidence in the debt repayment ability of the companies. The proportion of shares held by institutional investors of listed companies and the analyst attention of listed companies will enhance the negative relationship between the aesthetics of social responsibility reports and the debt financing costs, indicating that institutional investors and analysts will better interpret and spread beautiful social responsibility reports and expand their impact.

1863 Research on the Impact of Risk Information Disclosure of Customers’ Annual Report on Cash Holding Decision of Enterprises
LIU Chen,WANG Junqiu,QIU Muqing
Using the textual data of the top five listed customers and their annual report risk information disclosure, this study empirically tests the mechanism and economic consequences of the risk information disclosure in the annual reports of customers affecting on the company’s cash holding decision-making. The results show that the more risk information disclosed in customers’ annual reports, the higher the level of corporates’cash holdings, indicating that the risk information disclosure of customers’ annual reports has supply chain spillover effect. The above positive correlation is more significant when the supply chain relationship is closer and the level of corporate financing constraints is higher. Further, the risk information disclosure of customers’ annual reports can reflect their basic risks and future risks. The effect mechanism of the risk information disclosure of customers’ annual reports on corporates’ cash holdings is to improve their own risk level. The economic consequences test finds that the more risk information disclosed in customers’annual reports, the higher the value of corporate cash holdings.
