Abstract Through the classification interpretation, categorical deconstruction and summary review of the four paradigms of strategic change research, and the survey of the three-dimensional constraint on China’s high-end strategic change theory, as well as the analysis of the theory constitution law and the two mind orientations, this study establishes a new framework of China’s high-end strategic change theory. Then, based on the interpretation of theoretical idea and module deconstruction of the new framework, this study reveals the research content contained in the new framework, explains the indicative concept on high-end strategic change of the new framework and constructs its conceptual model and measurement dimensions, extracts the main problem system of the new framework and respectively sets up their own endogenous propositions, and integrates high-end change strategies of the new framework and draws the relevantly strategic map.
