1430 The Impact of CEO Turnover on State-Owned Enterprises to Overcome Structural Constraints and Achieve Strategic Renewal——Vertical Single Case Based on FAW Group
GE Baoshan,ZHAO Liyi
This study conducts a typical case study on FAW Group by combining the social cognitive theory and the paradigm of “strategy-structure-performance”. This study explores the micro mechanism of strategy formation of state-owned enterprise from the perspective of three-stage dynamic balance of “CEO replacement-strategy renewal-structure adjustment”,and reveals the specific process mechanism of enterprise strategy guiding organizational structure adjustment under the influence of internal and external environment. The results show that under the promotion of external and internal factors, the state or the board of directors elect new CEOs through the selection mechanism, and CEO replacement occurs in state-owned enterprises; the new CEO and TMT reached a strategic consensus, realizing the leap from individual level cognition to organizational level enterprise strategy; under the guidance of the new strategy, the organizational governance structure of state-owned enterprises has undergone a process of “high centralization-high decentralization-relative centralization”.

1446 Research on the Impact of Negative Media Coverage on Corporate Strategic Response from the Perspective of Social Performance Feedback
LIAN Yanling,ZHENG Weiwei,LIU Yilin,GAO Hao
Integrating the behavioral theory of the firm and institutional theory, this study discusses the impact of negative media coverage on corporate strategic response. Based on the data of A-share listed companies, the results show that: as a negative social performance feedback, negative media coverage will promote firms to take substantive additional social responsibility response. The independence of the board of directors and the coexistence of multiple major shareholders can strengthens the relationship between substantive additional social responsibility strategic response and negative media coverage. Negative financial performance feedback weakens the positive relationship between the two; Positive financial performance feedback strengthens the relationship. Further research indicates that negative media coverage had no significant impact on corporate substantive technical social responsibility response.

1456 Research on the Impact of Employee Salary Competitiveness on Corporate Risk Taking
XIONG Yi,HONG Hong
Based on the data of A-share listed firms in China from 2007 to 2019, this study investigates the impact of employee salary competitiveness on corporate risk-taking. The results show that the higher level of employee salary competitiveness promotes corporate risk-taking, and which is more pronounced among firms with high levels of R&D intensity, high corporate transparency, and non-SOEs. The mechanism tests indicate that the incentive channel, as well as the reputation channel, dominates the positive nexus between employee compensation incentives and corporate risk-taking. Specifically, increasing employee salary competitiveness leads to more valuable human capital, higher R&D expenditure, and lower cost of capital. The mediation effect test indicates that increasing employee compensation incentives can enhance firm value by promoting corporate risk-taking.

1468 Research on the Cost of Equity Capital Effect under Big Data Background
ZOU Ying,HUANG Qiqing,CHEN Rui
With the perspective of bounded rationality of investors, this study takes A-share entity listed companies during 2009~2019 as examples and examines the cost of equity capital effect under the big data background based on the text analysis of management discussion and analysis (MD&A) in annual reports. The conclusions are as follows: firstly, the big data background is proved to reduce the cost of equity capital; secondly, the decrease of the cost of equity capital for the companies with the big data background is mainly due to the improved corporate governance(rational factors) and transmission of positive emotions from management(irrational factors); thirdly, the big data background improves the overall accounting information quality of listed companies, which indicates that rational factors dominate the relationship between the big data background and the cost of equity capital; finally, the negative relationship between the big data background and the cost of equity capital is more significant in the companies that are state-controlled, located in the area that implemented “Broadband China”, and audited by Big4 for their annual reports.

1489 Examining the Profiles of Workplace Inclusion and their Relationship Patterns
QU Jiaojiao,CAO Xia,MI Jie
To identify the nature of the inclusion profiles, two sub-studies are conducted to examine the profiles of workplace inclusion and their predictors and outcomes in the Chinese context by the latent profile analysis method. The results show that three profiles are determined: a high inclusion group (more than 66.7%), a moderate inclusion group (more than 20%), and a low inclusion group (approximately 10%). Those who are aged and tenured, hold higher educational degrees, engage in high-tech industries, and come from developed regions, tend to be categorized into the high inclusion group. The high inclusion group sensed the highest level of well-being, followed by the moderate inclusion group with a moderate level of well-being, while the low inclusion group experienced the lowest level of well-being. Furthermore, the work resources such as autonomy, social support, coach, opportunity, and feedback are found to affect group memberships of inclusion, but their effects are differential.

1500 The Realization Paths of Market Orientation of Green-Oriented Trajectory-Transformed Hi-Technological Innovation: Based on the Attention of Online Review
XIAO Hailin,CHEN Yanan
Green-oriented trajectory-transformed hi-technological(GTTT) innovationrefers to hi-technological innovation that superimposes core technologies, market paradigms and product utility orientation deviating from mainstream market demand, and thus is non-market-oriented even anti-market-oriented and faces the theoretical and practical dilemma of achieving market orientation. This study selects electric vehicle and fuel vehicle as the representatives of new GTTT product and new mainstream product respectively, divides the online review of new product into four dimensionssuchas functionality, symbolism, experiential and cost by drawing lessons from the relevant theories of product value, uses empirical method, and studies the degrees to which different types of consumers pay attention to the online review of GTTT’s innovative products in four dimensions, and their differences between new GTTT product and new mainstream product, and the different influences of the four dimensional online review on customer’s purchase intention and their differences between such two kinds of new products. The findings are as follows: For new GTTT product, symbolism and experience are the two dimensions that can eliminate the competitive disadvantage resulted in functions of new mainstream product and even can establish the competitive advantage, so they are the strategic paths of GTTT innovation to realize market orientation. And cost is not always inferior to GTTT innovation, and provides the flexibility for enterprises to use it to achieve the improvement and elevation of symbolic and experiential dimensions.

1512 Research on the Nonlinear Impact of Knowledge Sourcing on Regional Patent Output under the Dual Consideration of Main Effect and Interaction Effect
LIN Zhouzhou,LI Dan,LI Shengnan
Dividing knowledge sourcing into internal knowledge sourcing, external knowledge spillover and external knowledge transfer, this study constructs panel threshold regression models using the panel data of 30 regions in China during 2009~2018, and empirically analyzes the nonlinear impact of knowledge sourcing on regional patent output based on main and interaction effect. The results show that: The impact of internal knowledge sourcing on regional patent output has a complex nonlinear feature. Specifically, the promotion effect first rises and then descends. The two types of external knowledge sourcing both have significant positive nonlinear effects on regional patent output. The positive effect of external knowledge transfer is stronger overall. The two types of the interaction between internal and external knowledge sourcing both have significant double threshold characteristics. The synergistic effect first decreases and then rises, but the mutual exclusion effect first decreases and then rises. Moreover, the synergistic effect is stronger.

1522 Research on the Influence of Entrepreneur’s Patent Participation and Patent Strategy on Enterprise Performance
SUN Yinglin,TANG Heng,CHENG Long,SU Wencheng
Based on the grounded theory, this study constructs a theoretical framework of inventor-entrepreneurs’ patent participation, patent strategy and enterprise performance. Taking 358 sci-tech innovation board enterprises as samples, the two indicators called patent participation breadth and patent participation depth are designed and empirical tests are conducted by regression analysis method. The results show that: Firstly, in a certain range, inventor-entrepreneurs’ participation in patent can improve the profitability and growth ability of enterprises. Meanwhile, they may be more cautious or even resistant to the expansion of enterprise scale. Secondly, when the breadth of entrepreneurs’ patent participation is lower than the critical value, the quantity-oriented patent output strategy is advocated. The depth of entrepreneurs’ patent participation is always negatively correlated with the patent number. Thirdly, when the breadth or depth of entrepreneurs’ patent participation is lower than the critical value respectively, the slow-oriented and the quality-oriented strategies are advocated. While if the value is higher than the critical value, the fast-oriented strategy is advocated. The mediating effect of quantity and speed-oriented strategy in the actual development of enterprises is more obvious and universal.

1534 The Impact of Relational Strength Variability within the Supplier Network on the Buyer’s Knowledge Acquisition
YAN Zebin,XIE En,LU Jiangyong,LU Ren
Based on social comparison theory, this study has examined the impact of relational strength variability within the supplier network on the buyer’s knowledge acquisition from the supplier network.A study based on samples of 158 manufacturer-supplier networks in China suggests that relational strength variability within the supplier network is positively related to the buyer’s knowledge acquisition from the supplier network.Further, this study decomposes technological heterogeneity of the supplier network into technological difference among suppliers and technological difference between the buyer and suppliers, and examines their moderating effects. The result suggests that the positive relationship above is weakened when there exists high technological difference both among suppliers and between the buyer and suppliers.

1543 An Optimization Study on Outpatient Service Capacity Planning Considering Potential Infection Risk During Epidemics
LUO Li,WAN Xinying,ZHAO Shuzhen,WANG Yikun,WANG Qingyi
In order to explore the influence of uncertainties related to medical services and potential infection risks on the allocation of outpatient number sources in large comprehensive hospitals under the infectious epidemic, this study considers the uncertainties such as potential infection risks, multi-type patient demands, and the arrival of medical demands, constructs a two-stage stochastic programming model with the goal of maximizing the expected total benefit of outpatient treatment, and conducts actual case studies. The results show that the importance that decision makers attach to different management goals, the severity of the epidemic, and the comprehensive benefit of serving patients’ needs will significantly affect the outpatient number source allocation strategies. Hospitals appropriately require outpatient departments to work under overcapacity, take infection prevention and control measures, and adjust more offline number sources to online number sources, which can effectively increase the hospital’s expected comprehensive benefit and expected total benefit without significantly increasing the potential infection risks.

1555 Research on Supplier Market Encroachment Strategy Considering Product Traceability
TAN Chunqiao,ZHAO Huimin,ZHOU Li
With the development of e-commerce and the growing tracing awareness of consumers, suppliers can encroach on the market by establishing direct channel and improve product traceability in order to increase their profits. This study regards the two-echelon supply chain composed of a supplier and a retailer as the research object and analyzes the market encroachment strategy of the supplier when he can improve the product traceability. By comparing the equilibrium results under three scenarios when the supplier commits not to encroach on market and encroaches on market with sequential and simultaneous quantity decision-making. Results show that the supplier’s encroachment strategy is affected by the sale cost of the direct channel and traceability cost. As the traceability cost increases, the possibility of supplier’s encroachment decreases. In sequential quantity decision-making scenario, the possibility of the encroachment is greater than that in simultaneous quantitative decision-making scenario, and the revenues of both parties in the supply chain in the sequential quantitative scenario are higher than those in the simultaneous quantitative scenario. The encroachment of the supplier may not always damage the revenue of the retailer. In sequential quantitative decision-making scenario, when the direct channel sales cost is at a medium level, the encroachment can weaken the double marginal effect and increase the retailer’s revenue.
