A Multilevel Moderated Mediation Model of Unmet Expectations and Turnover Intentions of Chinese New Generation Employees
WANG Congying,ZHAO Shuming,QIN Weiping
Based on the questionnaires of 495 Chinese new generation employees and 438 Chinese non-new generation employees of 28 companies in the complex space-time background, the research aims to observe the influence mechanisms of unmet expectations of Chinese new generation employees on their turnover intentions, the mediating effect of career commitment and the cross-level regulation of environment freedom.Using a hierarchical linear model,we found out that the unmet expectations are the important antecedent variable of Chinese 80’ and 90’ new generation employees. Career commitment was the partial mediation of unmet expectations and turnover intention of Chinese 90’ new generation employees. However, career commitment did not play the partially mediate of unmet expectations and turnover intention of Chinese 80’ new generation employees. Environment freedom negatively cross-level regulated the relations between the unmet expectations and the career commitment of Chinese 90’ new generation employees. However, environment freedom did not negatively cross-level regulate the relations between the unmet expectations and the career commitment of Chinese 80’ new generation employees.

The Impact of Designated Medical Resources Allocation on COVID-19 Pandemic Prevention and Control from the Perspective of Accessibility
ZENG Fue,WANG Ruijuan,CHI Yunjia
Based on the accessibility theory, this study quantifies the spatial distribution characteristics of designated medical institutions, and then the effect of different spatial allocation methods is tested on the effectiveness of COVID-19 prevention and control. The empirical results show that after controlling the city's basic characteristics, the extent of mobility, basic medical resources status, and the province-level fixed effect, the allocation method of the population gathering designated hospitals has a significantly negative effect on the spread of the epidemic diffusion. In contrast, the allocation method of the population gathering designated fever clinics has a significant and positive effect. Moreover, the combination of the population gathering designated hospitals and distributed according to space of fever clinics significantly decreased the confirmed cases. Additionally, with the increase in the severity extent of the COVID-19 pandemic, the above effects of designated medical resources allocation on COVID-19 pandemic control can be enhanced.

Research on Peer Effect of Enterprise Digital Transformation and Influencing Factors
CHEN Qingjiang,WANG Yanmeng,WAN Maofeng
Based on the data of China’s A-share manufacturing listed companies of the year from 2008 to 2019, this paper identifies the peer group through analysts’tracking network, and investigates the peer effect and the influencing factors of this social interact in the digital transformation of enterprises by using panel fixed effect model and other methods. The study shows that: there is a significant peer effect in the enterprise’s digital transformation; influenced by both the subjective motivation of imitation learning and realistic conditions, the peer effect of digital transformation is more significant in the enterprises whose resource base and dynamic capacity are in the middle level; network embedding, market competition, and environmental uncertainty strengthen the peer effect of enterprise digital transformation; the peer group effect leads to the upward convergence of digital transformation level.

Family Firms’ Outward Foreign Direct Investment and Professional Management
XIAO Xiao,MA Jun,LI Xinchun,LI Shuxian,YAO Zhenjiu
Based on institutional isomorphism theory, this study explores the influence on the internal governance structure of family firms when they are embedded into different institutional logic in China and abroad through Outward Foreign Direct Investment (OFDI)and suggests that OFDI will bring pressure of institutional isomorphism to family firms and then affect their professional management. Results of empirical analysis using panel data of family firms listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2005 to 2019 shows that:①The larger the scale and breadth of OFDI, the higher the professionalism level of the top management team; ②The institutional distance between the host country and the home country will enhance the role of OFDI in promoting professional management; ③The level of foreign investment in the region where the firm is located will weaken the motivation of family firms to improve professional management in the process of OFDI. This study deepens the theoretic framework of institutional isomorphism behavior when organizations simultaneously embed in different institutional logics, which has practical significance for the internationalization growth and governance transformation of family firms.

An Analysis of the Moderating Role of Partner Team Characteristics on the Relationship between Contractual Governance and Firm Growth
LIU Lihua,ZHOU Jianbo,ZHENG Shanshui
Based on the upper echelons theory and transaction cost theory of new institutional economics, this paper analyzes the moderating role of partner team characteristics in the process of partner team contractual governance affecting firm growth. Through the empirical study of 313 partner teams, the paper finds that the more explicit and comprehensive the partner team contractual governance is, the better the firm’s growth performance is in the firms whose partner team has the characteristics with larger size, or higher heterogeneity ofeducation level, orhigher heterogeneity of functional and industrial experience. For firms with larger size or higher heterogeneity offunction and industrial experience of the partner team, the firm’s growth performance is better when the partner team has the arrangement of majority ownership. However, it is not obvious that the strength of the previous network relationship of the partner team can moderate the effect of the contractual governance, and the heterogeneity of the partner team’s education level can not moderate the effect of the arrangement of majority ownership either.

Research on Double-Edged Sword Effect and Boundary Conditions of Leader-Signaled Knowledge Hiding
ZHAO Hongdan,JIANG Jiarui
Drawing on the transactional theory of stress, this study constructs a moderated mediation model to explore the double-edged effects of leader-signaled knowledge hiding on subordinate knowledge hiding and its boundary conditions. Based on the pairing data from team members at two-time points, Use path analysis to test hypothetical models we use path analysis to test hypothetical models. Results reveal that: on the one hand, leader-signaled knowledge hiding would induce moral disengagement, which in turn promote subordinate knowledge hiding; on the one hand, it might awaken relations operation, which subsequently inhibits subordinate knowledge hiding. And the double-edged effects are related to the joint moderating effect of moral identity and power distance orientation.

Power Paradigm Shift and Its Influence on Organization Behavior Management
BAO Yan,LIAO Jianqiao,LIU Zhiqiang
A new power paradigm gathered from the bottom to the top with openness, sharing and decentralization has been gradually formed and involves all aspects of social life. Although it is changing the authority relationship between individual and organization, the basic content of this new power paradigm still lacks a systematic review. This studystarts with the definition of power in the classical political philosophy of the eastern and western culture, compares the old and new power paradigms from different dimensions, analyses and summarizes the impact of the new power paradigm on organizational behavior at the macro and micro levels, and propose corresponding management strategies. This research has a great significance to the development of power theory.

The Mechanism of Charismatic Leadership on Employee’s Prosocial Rule Breaking
HE Xiongtao,LIN Zhaohong,XU Yajun,NING Nan,FU Anguo
Based on the social exchange theory, with the perceived insider status as the mediator variable, the error aversion culture as the moderate variable, this study constructs a model of the charismatic leadership on the employee’s pro-social rule breaking (PSRB). The survey data of 324 employees from 15 companies were analyzed and tested. The results show that: Charismatic leadership has a significant and positive impact on employees’ PSRB; perceived insider status plays a full intermediary role between charismatic leadership and PSRB; error aversion culture has a negative and moderating effect on the relationship between insider identity perception and PSRB; error aversion culture can moderate the mediating role of perceived insider status between charismatic leadership and employee PSRB. In other words, the higher the degree of error aversion culture, the weaker the indirect relationship between charismatic leadership and employee PSRB through perceived insider status.

The Double-Edged Sword Effect of Team Prevention Regulatory Focus on New Product Creativity
HE Wenxin,LIU Xinmei
Based on Regulatory Focus Theory and team process perspective, team prevention regulatory focus has “double-edged sword”effects on new product creativity through two kinds of team process: team reflexivity and team viability. The empirical results suggest that team reflexivity plays a mediation role in the positive indirect relationship between team prevention regulatory focus and new product creativity. Team viability plays a mediation role in the negative indirect relationship between team prevention regulatory focus and new product creativity. And team information sharing moderates the relationship between team prevention regulatory focus and team viability. Moderated mediation effect also shows that the negative indirect effect of team prevention regulatory focus on new product creativity through team viability will be weaker team information sharing is higher. Also team information sharing moderates the relationship between team prevention regulatory focus and team reflexivity, and moderated mediation effect also shows that the positive indirect effect of team prevention regulatory focus on new product creativity through team reflexivity will be stronger when team information sharing is higher.

Compartmentalizing Mechanism and Legitimacy Protection of Platform Enterprises of Business Incubation
LI Lei,LI Qian,LIU Bo
Based on the perspective of legitimacy spillovers and organizational field governance, two competing sets of hypotheses about the compartmentalizing mechanism are proposed to explore“how platform enterprises of business incubation avoid being harmed by startups in the process of sharing legitimacy to them?” The empirical research results show that the compartmentalizing mechanism can be used as a moderating factor to alleviate the damage to the legitimacy of platform enterprises of business incubation caused by the low-level innovation willingness or misconduct of startups. However, the compartmentalizing mechanism cannot directly restrict the low-level innovation willingness or misconduct of startups to protect the legitimacy of platform enterprises of business incubation.

Exploring the Mechanisms and Paths of Manufacturing Digital Enablement on Business Model Innovation
CHEN Yihua,ZHANG Zhengang,HUANG Lu
Based on existing literature of digitalization and business model innovation, this study aims to explore the effect mechanisms and innovation paths of digital enablement on business model innovation. Eying on Gree’s successful digital business model, this study finds that the digital enablement on business model innovation can be divided into three primary dimensions, namely, connectivity enablement, control enablement, and interpretational enablement. The paths to digitally-enabled business model innovation are respectively using connectivity, control and interpretation to create complementarity-oriented digital business model, efficiency-oriented digital business model and novelty-oriented digital business model. Digital business model and digital manufacturing model are interdependent, that is, there are consistent digital enabling strategies between them.

The Interaction among Knowledge Disseminators’ Network Reputation, Action Similarity and Knowledge Dissemination Performance in Q&A Community
CHEN Xiaohui,HU Ping,MA Yutong
Based on the social exchange theory and convergence theory, this study constructs the interaction among the knowledge disseminators’ network reputation, the similarity of disseminators’ actions and the knowledge dissemination performance in Q&A platform. The regression analysis of the simultaneous equations model with hysteresis term is used to analyze the above relationships, so as to find the impact mechanism of knowledge dissemination in Q&A community. The results show that: knowledge disseminators’ network reputation and knowledge dissemination effect have a positive impact on each other. The similarity of disseminators’ actions has a positive impact on their network reputation. The knowledge dissemination environment has a positive impact on knowledge dissemination performance, so does the richness of knowledge content . Under the specific topic, the richness of knowledge content negatively moderates the influence of knowledge disseminators’ network reputation on the effect of knowledge dissemination performance.

Remanufacturing Decision Considering Different Financing Strategies under EPR Regulation
JIAN Lirong,WANG Dandan,FU Shuaishuai
Based on the implementation of the extended producer responsibility (EPR) in the remanufacturing industry, a closed-loop supply chain was constructed, which included a manufacturer and a capital-constrained remanufacturer. The remanufacturing decisions of the closed-loop supply chain were analyzed in three scenarios, bank loan, direct loan from manufacturer, and delay in payment. The results indicate that the remanufacturer can choose to loan from manufacturers to achieve a win-win situation with manufacturers under certain conditions. Regardless of whether the EPR is strictly implemented, the strategy of delay payment can help improve social welfare and the social benefit of remanufactured products. When the government strictly implements the EPR, the recycling effort level of manufacturers and the manufacturing proportion of remanufacturers are related to the interest rate of financing loans, and the transfer price of scrap products is the key to whether manufacturers are willing to strictly implement the EPR.

The Influence of Finance Oriented and Supply Chain Oriented Supply Chain Finance on Enterprise Performance
SONG Hua,HUANG Qianyuan,YANG Yudong
Taking the small and medium-sized board manufacturing enterprises from 2010 to 2016 as samples, this study uses fixed effect regression model to empirically analyze the impact of finance oriented and supply chain oriented supply chain finance on the performance of core enterprises, and uses the data from 2017 to 2019 to test the robustness. The results show that finance oriented supply chain financial activities can not reduce the risk of enterprises, and the impact on operational efficiency is inverted U-shaped. Supply chain oriented supply chain financial activities can significantly improve operational efficiency and reduce enterprise risk. Finance oriented supply chain finance can increase financial performance, while supply chain oriented supply chain financial activities and financial performance exist inverted U relationship.

Pricing Decision for Fresh Product Retailer with Implementation of BOPS Considering Consumers’ Demand Heterogeneity
LI Lin,YU Jie,ZHU Tingting,FAN Tijun
With the rapid development of Internet technologies, more and more fresh food retailers are exploring new ways to sell products. This research studies a fresh product retailer who owns dual sales channels in BOPS and tries to help the fresh food retailer make pricing decisions. With the consideration of cross-channel demand heterogeneity, a pricing decision model with the same retail price for both online and offline channels was established. Based on the pricing decision model, this study develops three pricing models with discounts for offline consumers, online consumers and BOPS consumers, respectively and further designs two joint pricing strategies which combine with the BOPS discount strategy. The numerical studies are used to verify and expand the conclusions. The results show that online and offline channel discount strategies are mutually exclusive. The BOPS discount strategy will be better than the other two discount strategies when there is a higher proportion of distribution and reasonable unit delivery cost. Moreover, the greater the sensitivity coefficient is, the wider the scope of the strategy can be used; Joint discount strategy can increase retailer profit on a larger scale.

Research Approaches and Development of “Culture as Toolkit” in Organization Studies
WU Wei,GE Jianhua
Through reviewing and analyzing the organizational literature on “culture as toolkit”, this study proposes a framework by considering resource using strategy (i.e., incorporation or differentiation) and organizational audience (i.e., internal or external) to distinguish among four research approaches to investigating culture as resources, and further explicates the situation, purpose, and strategy within each approach. Within this framework, this study identifies the gaps and weaknesses in prior research and offers suggestions for future research, such as revealing the network ties among cultural elements, exploring the interactions between internal and external culture resources, investigating the simultaneous utilization of cultural incorporation and differentiation, and strengthening the theoretical dialogue with other fields.
