1593 Analysis on the Exploration Path of Traditional Management Wisdom Based on the Differences between Chinese and the Western Studies on Jen Wu Chih
WANG Xiaojing,CAO Rong,LIU Wenrui
It is less likely for researchers to explore true native cultural resources in the analysis of Jen Wu Chih, a traditional classic, if perceive it from western perspectives in scientific way. The real reason of ignorance and missing of Chinese wisdom guiding by western methods will be revealed by studying the differences of academic researches and methods between China and the western world. This paper concludes that there are a series of problems in exploring traditional management wisdom in different research ideas and research logic. It includes confusion and misjudgment between Chinese materials and Chinese wisdom, the concealment and dilution of Chinese wisdom from western perspective, and the loss of the dominant position of Chinese management research, which further reflects the lack of local academic thinking. The core of traditional culture is Chinese wisdom, which needs to be explored with Chinese discourse and Chinese perspective, and cannot be simply applied with western methods. Under the academic background that western paradigm is the mainstream, Chinese academic research should aim at its own orientation.

1607 Analysis of Post-Review of the Results of Projects Funded by Department of Management Sciences of NSFC in 2017~2018
YANG Jiaqi,LI Ruoyun,LI Jiangtao
In 2017~2018, the Management Science Department of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) has conducted a performance evaluation of 2 907 projects funded in 2011 and 2013. Those projects include the General Projects and the Regional Science Fund Projects which have been approved and sponsored in 2011, the General Projects, the Youth Science Fund Projects and the Regional Science Fund Projects which have been approved and sponsored in 2012, as well as the Youth Science Fund Projects which have been approved and sponsored in 2013. Based on analysis of the evaluation results on different project types, different disciplines and different project investigators, we find that compared with the management science projects funded by NSFC between 1992~2010, those projects assessed in 2017~2018 show some new characteristics. Specifically, the results show that the overall excellence rate of project performance evaluation has been improved in the past two years, that the results of performance evaluation in each discipline are consistent with the development trend of the discipline, and that the project hosts present a younger trend, etc. Therefore, a performance evaluation index system matching the attributes of four types of scientific questions should be established based on the orientation of science fund funding in the new era.

1612 Historical Excavation and Reconstruction of Consumer’s Subjectivity
GAO Youjiang
Based on Foucault’s outlook of power/knowledge,the study goes beyond professional subjects and does the all-inclusive and large time span archaeology of consumer’s subjectivity in one century, and examines the current consumer’s subjectivity. The results show that the consumer’s subjectivity suffers from continuous loss along with the historical marketing paradigm shift because of the influence of power and knowledge. The consumer’s subjectivity is relatively integrated under the functionalist paradigm; the consumer’s subjectivity starts to lose under the marketing management paradigm; the consumer’s subjectivity exists widely with the self-gaze and self-adjustment; the consumer’s subjectivity enhances further the self-gaze and the self-management under the network co-creation paradigm, the consumer lives in a heterogeneous room. The results also suggest that consumers are suffering from the subjectivity’s dilemma because of the co-existence of four marketing paradigms in the reality, and then provide a feasible framework for reconstructing the consumer’s subjectivity according to the two self-technologies including parrhesia and authoring as well as inter-subjectivity thought.

1624 Research on Innovation Strategy of Female Executive Based on Family Attributes and Gender Attributes
LI Xiaolin,LI Weian
Based on the social emotional wealth theory and the relatives dependence hypothesis, using the method of re-classification and the sample of family listed firms during 2010 to 2015, we mainly study the influence of the kinship female executives and independent female executives on the choice of corporate innovation strategy from the view of family attributes and gender attributes. Results found that: On the whole, the existence of family female core executives have a negative impact on corporate innovation, but further classification found that negative correlation between female executives and innovation only presented in the sample of independent female executives, and for the kinship female executives, family attributes have reversed the negative correlation of gender attributes, there is no significant difference on innovation with male executives, and contributed to innovation inputs compared with independent female executives. Besides, the results also confirmed that it’s different for the choice of innovative strategies of female executives under different relatives dependence, the closer the kinship, the stronger the promoting effect on innovation.

1632 Entrepreneuship Orientation, Strategic Flexibility, Internationalization Degree and Firm Performance
WU Qin,ZHANG Xiao,WANG Qian,CHENG Xuesheng
We conducted a questionnaire survey among 117 international enterprises in Jiangsu Province, and use the fuzzy-set qualitative analysis method to analysis the mixed effect of internationalization degree, entrepreneurship orientation and strategic flexibility on firm performance. Compare the 3 high performance configuration and 3 low performance configuration, we find that, firstly, firms that gain good performance are often with both higher degree of internationalization and strategic flexibility. Secondly, when the degree of internationalization of firms is high, firms should enhance risk-taking while exerting the role of strategic flexibility properly in the process of internationalization. Thirdly, when the degree of internationalization is low, enterprises should give full play to the role of innovation and proactiveness, and reduce risk-taking at the same time.

1640 Antecedent, Influence and Boundary Conditions of State Gratitude
WANG Hongli,CHEN Siyu
Based on Affective Events Theory and Cognitive Appraisal Theory of Emotion, and with the daily dairy questionnaire survey and data analysis in seven consecutive working days, the excitation process, effects and boundary conditions of state gratitude have been investigated in this study. This study shows that employees’ feeling of being trusted from supervisors can stimulate employees’ state gratitude, and state gratitude further enhances employees’ work engagement. State gratitude mediates the positive effect of feeling trusted on work engagement. Reciprocal awareness and workload moderate the mediating effect of state gratitude on feeling trusted and work engagement. The study further confirms that state gratitude, different from trait gratitude, is a ubiquitous but often overlooked temporal positive emotion caused by environmental factors, events, or the individual’s attribution to such events. And the state gratitude has fluctuation characteristics over time. The results of the study contribute to the answers to the question based on the fluctuations over time that gratitude is fleeting and why gratitude isso short lived, and also make it clear for organizations that what events and circumstances can motivate employees to be more grateful and engage more in their jobs.

1650 The Relationship between Work-to-Family Conflict and Job Attitude: With Meta-Analytic Evidence in Cross-Cultural Perspective
SU Tao,CHEN Chunhua,LI Zhihui,PAN Wei,FENG Jingming
Based on 83 independent empirical studies in 26 countries and regions (including 97 effect size and 46004 independent samples), this study conducted a meta-analytic examination on the relationship between employees’ WFC and their job satisfaction, job burnout and turnover intention in cross-cultural context. The results indicated that WFC had a negative effect on job attitudes as a whole. Specifically, WFC not only weakened employees’ job satisfaction, but also facilitated their job burnout and turnover intention. Moreover, WFC exerted a prominent triggering effect on job burnout and its effects on work attitude followed a gradually weakening logic of job burnout>turnover intention>job satisfaction. Last but not least, cultural factor played an important role in WFC-job attitudes relation. In the cultural context of low power distance, individualism, masculinity, high uncertainty avoidance and self-restraint tendency, the negative impacted strengthened. And the phased quantitative summarization of diverse cultural samples provided the necessary inspiration for conducting management practices according to local conditions.

1661 The Influence of Entrepreneur’s Previous Industry Experience on Business Model Innovation
XUE Hongbo,YANG Jun,CHI Kaoxun
Based on the strategic cognition theory, this study empirically investigates the relationship between entrepreneur’s prior industry experience and business model innovation and comprehend how three dimensions of cognitive style-Originality, Efficiency, and Rule Governance-moderate this relationship. Business model innovation from the perspective of cognition explores the trend of business model innovation from the individual level; in this case, an entrepreneur’s previous work experience becomes an important mechanism for business model innovation. The study is supported by questionnaire research, and finds that entrepreneurs with more prior inside-industry work experience weaken the degree of business model innovation, while entrepreneurs with more prior outside-industry work experience strengthen the degree of business model innovation. Furthermore, three dimensions of cognitive style have moderating effects on the relationship between previous work experience and business model innovation.

1677 Research on the Impact of Life Cycle on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure
HE Xiaogang,PENG Yi,WANG Xinnan,YANG Chan
This study attempts to theoretically explore the motivation of social responsibility disclosure in the process of enterprise growth, and establish a contingency model of the corporate life cycle and social responsibility disclosure based on pressure theory. Based on the data of listed companies in China, this study mainly draws the following conclusions: First, the life cycle of an enterprise significantly affects its motives for disclosing social responsibility. This is mainly manifested in the fact that the more the life cycle enters the recession, the weaker motivation to disclose social responsibility reports voluntarily. Second, the impact of the life cycle on the motives of corporate social responsibility disclosure is constrained by regulatory pressures. When the regulatory pressure is greater, the more the life cycle enters the recession, the more likely it is to inhibit the voluntary disclosure of social responsibility reports. Third, the impact of the life cycle on the motives of corporate social responsibility disclosure is also constrained by competitive pressures. That is, when peer pressure is high, the more the life cycle enters the recession period, the more likely it is to inhibit the tendency of companies to voluntarily disclose social responsibility reports.

1685 A Quasi Natural Experimental Study of Institutional Relief on the Central Enterprises Donation Dilemma
PAN Qi,ZHU Yiming,ZHENG Xiutian
This study takes the quasi-natural experiment of the central enterprise donation management regulations (Referred to as CEDMR) as the breakthrough point and examines its implementation effect. During the examination, the dual difference method, fixed effects model and the panel data of China’s share listed companies have been used. The study shows that the CEDMR can relieve the dilemma of the central enterprise’s donation. Specifically, the CEDMR can expand the donation range of the central enterprise and enhance its discretion by weakening the erosion of the agency cost to the donation and the coercing effect of the market rights on the donation. Extensive research also shows that the value effect of central enterprises’ donation significantly increased with the help of the CEDMR.

1694 The Impact of Internet Interactive Media on Inter-Organization Information Sharing with the Moderation of IT Capability
HAN Ying,ZHUANG Guijun,DONG Bin
Based on the affordance of technologies and the literature of Internet interactive strategies, this study analyzes how usage of Internet interactive media (including inter-organizational systems and social media) impacts information sharing between enterprises and cooperation performance, and further discusses how IT capability (including IT infrastructure capability and IT usage capability) moderates the relationship between the use of interactive media and information sharing. Using survey data of 509 manufacturing firms operating in China, we find that both types of Internet interactive media have positive influences on information sharing, and that information sharing has a positive impact on cooperation performance. At the same time, the result reveals that IT infrastructure capability would strengthen the positive effect of inter-organizational systems on information sharing, while IT usage capability would strengthen the positive effect of social media on information sharing.

1703 Research on Public Information Diffusion Behavior of Dangerous Chemicals Based on BASS Model
LI Xiaowei,LIU Tiezhong,LU Yunmeng
Based on social impact theory and BASS model, the basic model of public information diffusion of dangerous chemicals was constructed, and the normative impact index was improved. The data of micro-blog discussion about the Tianjin “8.12” dangerous chemical explosion accident were collected, and the information impact coefficient and the norm impact index were fitted by differential method combined with non-linear regression. The results show that the improved power function model and the improved exponent function model are suitable for the long-term information diffusion process that covers the diversified information released by the government and the short-term information diffusion process which only contains homogeneous information released by the government respectively. Information content has a greater impact on the public information diffusion behavior in the long-term process of information diffusion, while the group norm has a greater influence on the public information diffusion behavior in the short-term process of information diffusion.

1712 Study on Automated Negotiation with Combined Strategy in E-Commerce Oriented Customization
CAO Mukun,CHEN Chongping,WANG G A
To satisfy consumers’ demand for individualization and to diminish consumer-expenditure, this study integrates the theory of mass customization and the practice of ecommerce, proposing an operational model of customization in e-commerce. Based on the agent technology and automated negotiation theory, this study explores the strategic models for multi-attribute negotiations, namely non-learning-fixed strategy and learning strategy. In addition, the learning strategy is combined with a minor concession to guide the agent make adaptive negotiation offers, so-called minor-concession strategy or combined strategy. Through comparative experiments among the three strategies, the experimental result shows the combined strategy is more effective for achieving a win-win situation at the end of negotiations than the other two strategies, as well as increasing the efficiency of negotiation, and thus benefits the future practical development of customized e-commerce.

1719 Optimal Ordering and Inventory Reallocating Decision Based on Shared Platform under Information Sharing
XU Qi,GAO Xiaoqing
A shared platform providing inventory services for two retailers is considered in this study. These two retailers may or may not share demand information with the platform. After the demand is realized, the platform can reallocate inventory for them when one retailer is out of stock and the other is overstocked. Thus, the optimal ordering and inventory reallocating problem in information sharing was studied. The ordering and inventory reallocating models with sharing and non-sharing demand information were established respectively. Furthermore, the critical condition for retailers to share real information, the coordination price of transshipment under trust, and the penalty mechanism under distrust were discussed. The results show that truthful demand information sharing is not an equilibrium and the retailer has incentives to falsely share its information; retailer’s inventory level is linearly related to the information it shares, but not related to the information shared by the other; both transshipment price coordination mechanism and penalty ceiling coordination mechanism can promote the sharing of effective information.

1729 Retailer’s Incentive Strategy Based on Supplier’s Reliability Cost Input
FENG Chengxiao,WANG Zongjun,ZHONG Qin,TAN Jie
Reliable supply is of great importance to supply chain members, and a retailer can use a subsidy on the unit wholesale price or on the reliability cost proportion to motivate a supplier to improve the supply reliability. In this paper, we establish a Stackelberg game model led by the retailer and the supplier is the follower. The theory is used to find the optimal solutions and the influence of each parameter variation on the optimal solution is analyzed under different incentive strategies. Numerical simulations show that the optimal profit of the retailer and the supplier are proportional to the market demand and affected by the purchasing and incentive strategies. With the increase of reliability cost coefficient, the retailer’s optimal profit decreases; the supplier’s optimal profit decreases when supply is unreliable and increases when supply is reliable.
