Abstract：The essence of management is coping with the management process uncertainty; Uncertainty is the internal mechanism of information interaction mechanism. The research and review of both science and technology and management practice research can be at different abstract levels, and the lower the level is, the more freedom the evaluation has and more difficult it is to grasp the evaluation effect. Abstraction on level of information is expected as the highest level of abstraction; however, the question of what is the information seems to be the biggest challenge. Shi science reveals the nature of information and provides scientific path to Chinese management practice research and evaluation at the level of high abstract level of information. Diversified symmetry evaluation elements with mathematical of structure of the evaluation model has the biggest evaluation information and evaluation information Shi and provides the theoretical model for Chinese management practice and research.
