To be a style of management, Chinesestyle management is not only about philosophical or instrumental issues, but a management style crossing the philosophical and instrumental levels, and is consistent with civilization. From the perspective of integrated organizational theory, Chinesestyle management is the type of management which is dominated by the vulgate logics of goal integration and institutional norms, and also contains some parts of western management system and methods. It reflects those traditional views and meanings that are still of realistic significance today. We call it "Western Practices with Chinese Spirituality". In current stage, more efforts should be devoted to investigating successful practices of Chinese enterprises and to enhance the theoretical level, thus it is possible to develop the theoretical system of Chinese management.
