Comparing with the developed countries, there are greater differences in China, including the thought and knowledge, the development course, current situation of the development, the developing stage, the implemented range, the reason of development, enterprise's basic management modes, and the implemented platform, and so on, owing to the whole economic level, information engineering level, the opening to the world, and the environment of the culture and the law.
