The situations of the gain and loss in risk decision-making were arranged. 244 college students were tested to examine the effects of the three components of the core self-evaluation on risk tendency in the gain and loss frames. The results show that (1) Reversal phenomenon of risk propensity was basically proved in this study, however the subjects' sensitivity to the outer reference points was conditioned by inner core self-evaluations; especially self-efficacy; (2) The different levels of the three components of the core self-evaluation influenced obviously the transformation of the risks propensity in the gain situations, but so did not in the loss conditions.
