According to the econometric model for measuring the economic effect of R&D investment, calculated were the technological knowledge stocks of R&D investment and spilled over technology among eight regions in China and their elasticity of the output, and their marginal rates. Results show that the northern coastal regions are major parts of technological spillovers; the northwest regions' technologies are obtained basically from received spilledover technologies. The output elastic coefficients of output of total technology knowledge stocks in the eight regions are 0.203~0.436 and their average marginal rates are 1.367~9.097.
