An empirical study on influence of knowledge spillovers on economical growth convergence in China’s provincial areas by spatial econometrics model. Research found that knowledge spillovers between the 31 provincial areas is related with economical growth, the influence of three knowledge spillovers shape of high technical industry on regional economical growth and convergence is different. To test the economical growth convergence of provincial areas, it is shown that there have not evidence of absolutely convergence during 1996~2005, but there is an evidence of conditional convergence in China’s provincial economic growth. Conditional convergence’s practice enlightenment is if the poor region could be pulled and the radiated from the developed region, the poor region’s growth will be able to become the most effective part in the Chinese integral development.
