Organization management is challenged by causation ambiguity, wholeness lacking, and quick adaptation to change in uncertain context. From the perspective of organization management respond to the changing environment, we propose methods of HeXie Management Theory to respond to the change: use clear vision and mission to direct the development of organization; organize the implementing system under the guidance of HeXie Theme and HeXie Coupling system; lastly, use “He Principle” and “Xie Principle” as basic mechanisms. These methods imply that management research in the future should reinforce the importance of organization vision, the interaction of design and evolution, and organizational leaders.
