Abstract:In this study, based on the theory of organizational learning, how to maintain the competitive advantage and improve the performance of the enterprises in dynamic overseas markets are discussed. Empirical results show that, learning orientation and absorption capacity have a significant positive influence on the performance of international firms, but the effect of knowledge transfer on performance is achieved through the interaction with the absorption capacity of the international firms.
