Abstract：This study proposes a model on the relationship among the protection ability of intellectual property, innovation climate, and technology innovation. Based on the survey of the very important science research team, this study justifies the model. The statistic analysis reveals that the protection ability of intellectual property has significantly positively effect on innovation climate. At the meanwhile, innovation climate has significantly positively effect on technology innovation. And innovation climate plays a completely mediation role between the relation of the protection ability of intellectual property and technology innovation.
