技术关联调节下的企业知识基础与技术创新绩效的关系研究

摘要以2008~2012年中国A股市场100家高技术企业为研究样本，运用负二项回归模型考察了知识基础的知识广度与知识深度两个维度对企业技术创新绩效的差异化影响，同时还探讨了企业技术关联性在这一过程中的调节作用。研究表明：①知识广度对技术创新绩效有显著正向影响；②知识深度与技术创新绩效之间呈现倒U型关系，即随着知识深度的提高，技术创新绩效表现出先高后低的变化态势；③技术关联在知识广度与技术创新绩效之间起负向调节作用，即随着技术关联程度的提高，知识广度对基础创新绩效的促进作用越弱；④技术关联在知识深度与技术创新绩效之间起正向调节作用，即随着技术关联程度的提高，知识深度对技术创新绩效的促进作用或抑制作用都会增强。

Abstract：By employing the panel data of Chinese listed firms from 2008 to 2012 and negative binomial regression model, the present research empirically examined the differential effects of the knowledge breadth and knowledge depth on innovation performance，as well as the moderating influences of technological relatedness. The results indicated that:① Knowledge breadth has positive effect on innovation performance.②The knowledge depth has an inverted U influences on innovation performance.③Technological relatedness has negative moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge breadth and innovation performance.④Technological relatedness has positive moderating effect between knowledge depth and innovation performance.
