Agreeing with the fact that management is certainly beyond geographical and cultural content of the universal basis, this article analyzes the differences between management in China and west countries from the aspects of managerial perspectives, foundations, methods, behaviors and principles based upon managerial idea comparison. It is expected to provide theoretical tools for establishing measurement dimensions for management discipline development, which are different from those in western countries.
