Abstract:Service Trading industry has been a “short board” in both import and export industries in Henan, however, with the economic development in the Postcrisis Period, and under the national strategy of Central Plains Economic Zone, Henan’s service trading industry is facing the development opportunity. How to spur new breakthroughs by treating these opportunities and challenges rationally is the goal of this study. Based on the analysis of the status, opportunities and development issues, some countermeasures and innovation strategies are put forward with public administration, sociology, politics such as: the soft environment incubation, intellectual factors improvement, transfer mode change, brand Flyinggeese effect and expanding openingup. By the strategy of both “bringing in” and “going out”, the influence of Henan brand and Henan service will be extending in the whole world.
