Application of behavioral observation scale in China was studied, which has been widely in the West, focusing on the cultural differences along collectivism-individualism dimension. It is hypothesized that Chinese culture has no effect on the applicability of BOS, but it can influence the content and rating effect of BOS. This hypothese has been supported by a survey of 276 university students.
