Abstract: Objective To construct a scientific humanistic care training course system for hospital nurses, and to provide reference for the on-the-job training of humanistic care for nurses. Methods Based on the Taylor principle, the humanistic care training course system for hospital nurses was constructed after literature review and focus group discussion. Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of expert inquiry within 23 experts in this field. Results The effective recovery rate of 2 rounds of expert letter inquiry was 96% and 100%; expert authority coefficient 0.8678 and 0.8930, and Kendall's W 0.1921 and 0.3124(P<0.01) respectively. The final humanistic care training course system for hospital nurses consisted of 4 first-level,12 second-level and 48 third-level indicators. Conclusion The humanistic care training course system for hospital nurses is scientific and practical, which can provide reference for the on-the-job training of humanistic care for nurses.
