Construction of nursing quality-sensitive indicator system for continuous renal replacement therapy

Abstract: Objective To construct a nursing quality-sensitive indicator system for continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), and to provide reference for the evaluation and management of nursing quality of CRRT. Methods Taking structure-process-outcome model as the theoretical framework, using evidence-based method, we discussed and selected the indicators, and developed the draft of the nursing quality-sensitive indicator system. Delphi method was used for 2 rounds of expert consultation to determine the indicators and hierarchical analysis to calculate the weight of each indicator. Results Effective recovery rate of the two rounds of Delphi expert consultation was 94% and 100%, the authority coefficient 0.856 and 0.870, and the coordination coefficient 0.247 and 0.269, respectively. The final nursing quality-sensitive indicator system for CRRT consisted of 3 first-level, 7 second-level and 19 third-level indicators. Conclusion The constructed nursing quality-sensitive indicator system for CRRT is scientific and practical, with reasonable weight of each indicator, and it can provide reference for the Objective evaluation of CRRT nursing quality.
