Construction of Management Plan for Respiratory Infectious Disease Emergencies in CSSD

Abstract: Objective To provide evidence for the management of central sterile supply department (CSSD) in response to respiratory infectious disease emergencies. Methods The management plan was constructed after literature review, questionnaire survey and brainstorm for CSSD to respond to respiratory infectious disease emergencies, and expert consultation was used to evaluate the plan. Results A management plan for CSSD to respond to respiratory infectious disease emergencies was constructed, including 5 first-level, 14 secondary-level and 57 third-level indicators. Expert authority coefficient was 0.86. In the second round of consultation, coordination coefficient of index importance was 4.50~5.00; and the coefficient of variation 0~0.11; the Kendall’s coefficient of the management plan 0.100~0.400 (P<0.05). Conclusion With high enthusiasm and authority and good concordance of experts, the management plan for CSSD to respond to respiratory infectious disease emergencies provides reference for scientific management in CSSD.
