Construction of Clinical Pathway Training Content for New Nurses in ICU

Abstract: Objective To construct clinical pathway training content for new ICU nurses, and to provide reference for high-quality and standardized training. Methods Sixteen experts in related fields were selected for two rounds of Delphi expert letter inquiry to construct the clinical pathway training content of new ICU nurses. Results In the second round of expert consultation, authority coefficient was 0.863; coordination coefficient was 0.365,0.357 and 0.180 respectively. There were 6 first-level, 19 second-level and 87 third-level indicators in the training content. Conclusion The teaching program is scientific and systematic for ICU new nurses with the clinical pathway training content for its teaching path and specific content.
