Abstract: Objective To survey the current status and influence factors of posttraumatic growth (PTG) of 107 COVID-19 patients in mobile hospitals in Wuhan. Methods With convenient sampling, COVID-19 patients admitted to Qingshan Fangcai Hospital (Cabin A) of Wuhan from February 15 to February 20,2020 were chosen and surveyed by using general information questionnaire, Herth Hope Index, and Posttraumatic Growth Inventory. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of PTG of COVID-19 patients. Results The average total score of patients’ PTG was 65.75±19.19.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that patients’ education level and the level of hope were the principal influence factors (P<0.05),which could explain 35.8% of the total variance. Conclusion COVID-19 patients in mobile hospital have higher post-traumatic growth scores, which are affected by education level and hope level. Nursing staff should focus on patients with low education level and low level of hope.Positive guidance and humanistic care are beneficial to improving the level of hope of the patient, and then promotingPTG level.
