无损伤针穿刺疼痛管理的研究进展

摘要： 目的 综述无损伤针疼痛管理的研究现状及不足,以供临床参考。方法 检索国内外相关文献,从药物性镇痛干预及非药物性镇痛干预2方面进行综述。结果 有关无损伤针疼痛管理的药物性镇痛干预方法主要包括局部麻醉剂的使用,非药物镇痛干预方法主要包括冷冻疗法、分散注意力疗法、呼吸疗法、芳香疗法、按摩疗法以及改进穿刺技术等。结论 目前,针对无损伤针的疼痛管理方法有其优势及不足,需要进一步深入研究,优化实施细节,以便更好地应用于临床实践。
