摘要: 目的 了解抑郁症共病的流行病学现状,总结抑郁症共病患者干预策略的研究进展,旨在为我国抑郁症共病管理的发展提供理论依据。方法 检索和整理国内外关于抑郁症共病管理的相关文献,根据文献结果进行归纳与总结。结果 抑郁症共病患者干预策略有整合协同护理模式、问题解决疗法、多学科团队合作和慢性病自我管理计划。结论 国内外关于抑郁症共病患者的干预研究,整体尚处于探索阶段,仍然存在很多不足,相关学者和机构应该加强对该领域的重视。
