穴位按压技术在儿童操作性疼痛护理中的应用进展

摘要： 目的 综述穴位按压技术在儿童操作性疼痛护理中的应用进展,以供临床应用参考借鉴。方法 检索国内外数据库相关文献,从穴位按压技术的镇痛机制、在儿童操作性疼痛护理中的应用、优势及现存不足展开综述。结果 国内外学者将穴位按压技术应用在儿童针刺性损伤、手术及无创诊疗等侵入性操作疼痛中,显示出良好的镇痛、调节患儿情绪、缩短治疗时长、提高患者满意度等优势。结论 穴位按压在儿童操作性疼痛护理中具有重要应用价值,未来研究应进一步细化和验证实践方案,并积极探讨最佳的按压频率、穴位定点和持续时间,以推动其临床实践。
