摘要: 目的 对糖尿病前期人群社会支持的相关研究进行范围综述,分析糖尿病前期与社会支持的关系、该人群的社会支持需求和现状;同时,为社区基层医疗服务机构制定糖尿病预防方案提供参考。方法 按照范围综述方法学,系统检索PubMed、CINAHL、Embase、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、Scopes、MEDLINE及中国生物医学数据库,检索时限为建库至2023年11月20日。结果 纳入来自21个国家的38篇文献。对文献进行梳理发现:低社会支持与女性糖尿病前期发生率、消极健康行为及心理状态有关;基层医疗服务机构在该人群社会支持提供中发挥了重要作用;糖尿病前期人群社会支持的需求与供给之间尚不平衡。结论 目前国内研究应增加对糖尿病前期人群社会支持的关注;基层医疗服务机构应发挥自身作用并动员家庭和社区加强对糖尿病前期人群社会支持。
