慢性病共病患者治疗负担相关体验的Meta整合

摘要： 目的 对慢性病共病患者治疗负担体验进行系统评价。方法 检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase、中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统以及维普中文期刊全文数据库,检索时限为建库至2023年11月,筛选与慢性病共病患者治疗负担体验相关的质性研究,使用2016版JBI质性研究质量评价标准评估文献质量,采用Meta整合法进行结果分析。结果 最终纳入12篇文献,提取48个研究结果,整合为11个类别,进一步归纳为3个整合结果：全面健康体验;挑战与互动体验;需求及调适体验。结论 慢性病共病患者面临长期复杂的治疗体验,医护人员应积极协作,在治疗过程中关注其治疗负担,促进沟通,共同制定个性化治疗方案,以提高其治疗依从性和生活质量。
