叙事疗法研究进展

摘要： 目的 梳理国内外叙事疗法的研究现状,为人文医学领域的叙事医学以及叙事护理等具体应用场景提供理论、方法参考以及前景的展望。方法 检索国内外叙事疗法、叙事医学护理等相关文献,从叙事疗法的概念、相关理论技术、叙事疗法的现状以及治疗效果和改变机制、在叙事医学中具体应用等方面进行综述。结果 叙事是当前背景下的热点话题,国内外相关研究不断增加。叙事疗法是“叙事”在心理治疗上的体现,而叙事医学、叙事护理是叙事疗法的具体应用和对医学的有机结合。临床研究证明其在青少年学习问题以及危机干预、提高心理健康水平方面具有良好的效果,也广泛适用于其他心理障碍及群体。并且在临床上能够改善患者负面情绪,提高依从性,对疾病的康复有促进作用。结论 叙事疗法的理论方法、临床效果、改变机制以及实践应用都需进一步研究和完善。今后可依据中国医疗卫生行业的实际情况,进行叙事干预在临床当中的本土化理论建设以及规范化的本土化流程作为推行的基础。
