糖尿病患者压力测评工具的研究进展

摘要： 目的 归纳总结糖尿病患者压力相关的普适性、特异性测评工具。方法 通过检索PubMed、CNKI、维普和万方等数据库,对国内外糖尿病患者压力测评工具的条目、信效度和适用人群进行综述。结果 糖尿病患者的普适性量表有：压力知觉量表、简易应对方式量表;特异性量表有：糖尿病问题量表、糖尿病患者压力问卷-修订版、糖尿病压力评价量表和糖尿病应对策略量表。上述量表的信效度较好,能够评价糖尿病患者的压力状况。结论 根据研究目标选择合适的测评工具能够更加准确的反映我国糖尿病患者压力应激源、压力认知评价及压力应对策略的现状,同时也为今后编制特异性的测评工具提供一定的依据。
