移动医疗在癌症老年患者院外管理中的应用进展

摘要： 目的 对国外基于移动医疗的老年癌症患者健康服务进行综述,为今后进一步促进其在老年群体中的应用提供新思路。方法 检索国内外相关文献,对基于移动医疗的各类老年癌症患者健康服务的主要内容、应用现状及挑战进行分析和总结。结果 汇总移动医疗在老年癌症健康服务中的应用主要包括：老年综合评估、症状管理、运动干预、居家安宁疗护等方面,分别介绍其应用方式、应用人群、主要功能、适老化设计等。结论 移动医疗运用于老年癌症患者健康管理方面是可行的,老年患者重视在健康管理中使用移动医疗的体验,移动医疗的设计和功能需要根据他们的需求进行调整和定制。
