摘要: 目的 分析基于研究目标的国内外试验设计可行性预评估使用PRECIS-2工具的相关文献,介绍其内涵、开发过程、内容、可靠性及应用进展,为国内护理人员更好地对临床试验设计顺利开展的预评估提供参考。方法 采用 Arksey 和 O'Malley 提出的范围综述方法,系统检索万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网数据库、Cochrane Library、Embase、Proquest、PubMed、Science Direct、Scopus、CINAHL Ultimate、Web of Science关于PRECIS-2工具的相关文献,检索时限为从建库至2023年10月20日。提取PRECIS-2工具的使用方法、特点及适用范围等信息,并对其应用进展进行描述。结果 共检索到1 805篇文献,最后纳入46篇,其中6篇与PRECIS-2工具的开发有关,40篇与PRECIS-2工具的应用有关。PRECIS-2工具在国外应用文章类型和领域较为广泛,应用类别包含5种情况。从发文量情况可以看到我国对PRECIS-2的研究相对较少,由于PRECIS-2工具是由国外学者开发的,可能存在文化背景及适应性的问题,因此,我国在推行使用PRECIS-2工具的时候需要充分考虑文化背景和实际研究问题相结合,才能更好地推广和应用。结论 PRECIS-2工具的应用及研究大部分均来自国外,而我国相关应用及研究较少,国内护理人员应重视PRECIS-2工具的应用,建议在进行临床试验设计时选择PRECIS-2工具进行预评估,在其指导下开展相关研究能够促进临床试验的顺利实施,提高临床试验的质量,增加临床试验结果在实践环境中可推广的机会,进而为患者提供更好的护理措施,助力循证护理发展。
