七步紧急护理评估框架的护理应用研究进展

摘要： 目的 综述七步紧急护理评估框架（History-Identify Red flags-Assessment-Interventions-Diagnostics-Reassessment-Communication,HIRAID）在护理领域的研究进展,以供临床应用参考。方法 回顾国内外相关文献,从HIRAID的概述、在急诊护理教育和临床实践中的应用、应用效果等角度展开综述,并提出展望。结果 HIRAID在国内护理学的应用研究起步较晚,但在急诊护理教育和临床实践中应用,可以提高护士的自我效能和非技术技能水平、改善护理评估过程、保障患者安全、节省医疗成本。结论 HIRAID为一种紧急护理评估工具,在护理领域中取得了显著成效,后续有待在量表本土化、师资技能培训、临床干预和老年护理的应用等开展研究。
