大五人格在儿科护士压力负荷与职业生活质量间的调节效应

Moderating Effect of Big Five Personality Traits between Pressure Load and Professional Quality of Life in Pediatric Nurses

摘要: 目的 探讨儿科护士压力负荷对其职业生活质量的影响,以及大五人格的调节作用。方法 2020年8—9月,选取湖北省9家医院工作的456名儿科护士参与本次研究。使用压力负荷量表(Stress Overload Scale,SOS)、职业生活质量量表第5版(Professional Quality of Life Scale-5,ProQOL-5)、中国大五人格问卷简版(Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory brief version,CBF-PI-B)进行调查。结果 压力负荷(β=0.481,t=8.133,P=0.007)、神经质(β=0.163,t=2.522,P=0.015)和宜人性(β=-0.313,t=-3.860,P=0.008)对职业倦怠的差异有独特的贡献。压力负荷(β=0.452,t=5.621,P=0.002)和神经质(β=0.322,t=3.552,P=0.003)对继发性创伤应激的差异有独特的贡献。外向性(β=0.313,t=2.743,P=0.005)对同情满意度的差异有独特的贡献。神经质对压力负荷与继发性创伤应激之间有显著的调节作用(R2=0.041,F=6.552,P=0.007);宜人性对压力负荷与同情满意度之间有显著的调节作用(R2=0.021,F=4.262,P=0.018);开放性对压力负荷与同情满意度之间有显著的调节作用(R2=0.031,F=4.551,P=0.022)。结论 压力负荷对儿科护士的职业生活质量有较大影响,其中主要表现在职业倦怠和继发性创伤应激,神经质、宜人性和开放性在其中起调节作用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the influence of pressure load on professional quality of life in pediatric nurses, and the moderating effect of the big five personality traits between pressure load and professional quality of life. Methods From August to September 2020, 456 pediatric nurses working in 9 hospitals in Hubei Province were surveyed by using the stress load scale (SOS), the fifth edition of the Quality of Professional Life Scale (ProQOL-5), and the simplified version of the Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory Brief Version (CBF-PI-B). Results Pressure load (β=0.481, t=8.133, P=0.007), neuroticism (β=0.163, t=2.522, P=0.015) and agreeableness (β=-0.313, t=-3.860, P=0.008) had unique contribution to the difference in job burnout. Pressure load (β=0.452, t=5.621, P=0.002) and neuroticism (β=0.322, t=3.552, P=0.003) had unique contribution to the difference of secondary traumatic stress. Extroversion (β=0.313, t=2.743, P=0.005) had unique contribution to the difference in compassion satisfaction. Neuroticism had a significantly regulating effect on pressure load and secondary traumatic stress (R2=0.041, F=6.552, P=0.007); agreeableness (R2=0.021, F=4.262, P=0.018), and openness (R2=0.031, F=4.551, P=0.022) had a significantly regulating effect on pressure load and compassion satisfaction. Conclusion Pressure load has a great impact on professional quality of life in pediatric nurses, which is mainly manifested in job burnout and secondary traumatic stress. Neuroticism, pleasantness and openness play a moderating role in it.
