舒适行为量表在危重症儿童中的应用研究进展

摘要: 目的 总结归纳舒适行为量表的发展、临床实施方法及在危重症儿童中的临床应用,为医护人员正确使用舒适行为量表提供参考。方法 检索国内外有关舒适行为量表在危重症患儿中的应用研究文献,从量表的发展、临床实施方法及在危重症患儿中的临床应用等角度进行综述。结果 舒适行为量表由舒适量表发展而来,信效度良好,广泛适用于0~18岁儿童,但用于评估早产儿及使用神经肌肉阻滞药物的患儿时需结合客观指标,目前主要用于目标性镇静镇痛程序化评估,评估分数12~16分被认为是适度镇静程度。结论 舒适行为量表能有效评估患儿舒适度和镇静镇痛程度,医务人员应掌握舒适行为量表临床实施方法,正确评估危重症患儿镇静镇痛程度及舒适度。
