1117 Legitimacy Spillover Strategy of Eco-Enterprises:A Longitudinal Case Study of Xiaomi Company
LI Lei,LIU Bo
This study conducts a longitudinal case study of Xiaomi Company on “what the legitimacy spillover strategy of the eco-enterprises is” and “how the eco-enterprises help member enterprises to acquire legitimacy through the implementation of legitimacy spillover strategy in the process of the evolution of the external situation.” The results show that the legitimacy spillover strategy of eco-enterprises includes two types—“exploitation” and “exploration”. The results also show that the characteristics of the enterprise innovation ecosystem can be described by two dimensions—“technology overlap among subjects” and “structural consistency among subjects” which can trigger the legitimacy spillover strategy of eco-enterprises, then determine the category of attribute substitution and the direction of legitimacy spillover, and finally influence the result of legitimacy spillover.

1139 The Inverted-U Relationship Research between Mutual Dependence and Chinese Enterprises’ Mergers & Acquisitions
LIU Linqing,CHEN Ziruo
This study applies resource dependence theory (RDT) and negative binomial regression to analyze and test the relationship between mutual dependence and Chinese enterprises’domestic and cross-border M&As theoretically and empirically. Specifically, the study integrates the logic of uncertainty and the logic of embeddedness from motivation-opportunity perspectives to theoretically explore the inverted-U relationship between mutual dependence and M&As, and empirically test it by using the latest world input-output tables and Chinese enterprises’ M&As data. Results show that: (1) There exist significant relationships between mutual dependence and Chinese enterprises’ domestic and cross-border M&As, enhancing and extending the explanatory power and application domains of RDT. (2) Mutual dependence holds a significant inverted-U relationship with Chinese enterprises’ domestic M&As, and maintains a linear relationship with Chinese enterprises’ cross-border M&As. (3) Power imbalance and experience learning has negative moderating effects on the above inverted-U relationship, further enriching the boundary conditions of RDT.

1159 The Inhibition Mechanism of Performance Pay Intensity and Moral Foundation Difference on the Downward Effect of Ethical Leadership
ZHAO Shusong,WANG Yunru,LIU Zhiqiang
From the perspective of social learning theory, an inhibition mechanism model is discussed to reveal the effect of the strength of performance payintensity and the leader-employee moral foundation difference on the influence of ethical leadership on employees’ moral learning, which is supported by an empirical analysis based on 323 questionnaires. The results show that the ethical leadership positively influences the moral behavior of employees through the moral model identification. The performance pay intensity affects the moral foundation difference between leaders and employees. The leader-employee moral foundation difference has a negative moderating effect on the ethical leadership and the moral model identification. The performance pay intensity indirectly and negatively moderates the influence of ethical leadership on the moral model identification through the mediating effect of moral foundation difference.

1169 The Double-Edged Sword Effect of Workplace Ostracism on Employee Innovative Performance
QI Lei,LIU Bing,LI Fengyu,WEI Xin
The current study draws on ABC theory of emotion to identify the reason why and how different people show diverse outcome after suffering workplace ostracism. Specifically, we infer that, individuals with high cooperative orientation may lead to expected image risk and low innovative performance after experiencing workplace ostracism; individuals with high competitive orientation may contribute to expected image gain and high innovative performance after experiencing workplace ostracism. Time-lagged sample with 669 employees showed that: (1) individuals with high cooperative orientation could lead to expected image risk after suffering workplace ostracism; individuals with high competitive orientation could contribute to expected image gain after suffering workplace ostracism; (2) expected image risk negatively influences innovative performance, while expected image gain positively influences innovative performance; (3) individuals with high cooperative orientation may lead to low innovative performance after experiencing workplace ostracism through increasing expected image risk;individuals with high competitive orientation may contribute to high innovative performance after experiencing workplace ostracism through improving expected image gain. Additionally, individuals with low competitive orientation may decrease innovative performance after experiencing workplace ostracism through reducing expected image gain.

1188 The Impact of Government Subsidies on Enterprise Innovation Investment Based on the Mediating Effects of Financing Constraints and Risk-Taking
YAN Ruosen,CHEN Jing,LI Hao
Based on the perspectives of financing constraints and risk taking, this studyresearches the impact of government subsidies on enterprise innovation investment, using the samples of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchange from 2009 to 2016 to conduct the empirical tests. The results show that: ①Government subsidies are positively related to enterprise innovation investment. The more government subsidies, the more enterprise innovation investment. ②The financing constraints play the mediating role between government subsidies and enterprise innovation investment, that is, government subsidies improve enterprise innovation investment by relieving the financing constraints on enterprises. ③The enterprises’ risk-taking also plays the mediating role between government subsidies and enterprise innovation investment, that is, government subsidies promote enterprise innovation investment by improving enterprises’ risk-taking ability. ④ Due to the heterogeneities of property rights, industrial characteristics and institutional environments, the mediating effects of financing constraints and risk-taking are different among enterprises.

1199 The Interactive Effect of Cooperation Quality and Task Relationship on the Willingness to Constant Cooperation Based on the Perspective of Serial Entrepreneur
XIAO Dingding,WANG Baolong,ZHU Guilong
Taking the entrepreneurial teams from the makerspace and incubator as the research objects, we explore the interactive effect of cooperation quality and task relationship on the willingness to constant cooperation, and analyze the moderating effect of task relationship and team trust on the relationship between them based on the entrepreneurial learning theory. The results show that the outcome quality and process quality have interactive effect on the willingness to constant cooperation in the process of team entrepreneurship. The relation between cooperation quality and willingness to constant cooperation is affected differently by task relationship, that is,task dependence significantly moderates the relationship between outcome quality and willingness to constant cooperation, while task independence act on the process quality. Trust is also involved in the interactive relationship between task relationship and willingness to constant cooperation, and task dependence alleviates the negative influence of outcome quality on willingness to constant cooperation by emotional trust.

1208 Interlocking Directorate Networks, Financial Constraints and the Social Responsibility of Private Enterprises
LI Xiaoqing,FUNG H G,ZHU Qingxiang,LIU Zhixiong
Based on a multiple theory perspective, this study uses social network analysis to examine the influence of interlocking directorate networks on the corporate social responsibility (CSR) of private, entrepreneurial firms. Several results are noted. First, the interlocking directorates have a positive effect on CSR when they are in the center of social network or spanning structure holes. Second, interlocking networks (network centrality and structure hole) improve financial constraints, which in turn mediate the relationship between interlocking directorate networks and CSR. Third, political connections strengthen the influence of interlocking directorate networks on CSR. Finally, the political connections with the central government have much a stronger effect on the relationship between interlocking directorate networks and CSR than those with the local government. While political connections of “deputies to NPC”or “members ofCPPCC”enhance the influence of interlocking directorate networks on CSR, there is no significant moderating effect for official political connections on the relationship between interlocking directorate networks and CSR.

1218 Research on the Millennial Directors and CSR Performance from the Perspective of Institutional Resistance
SHI Rui,LIU Chunlin
Based on millennial’s “self-centric” personal trait, this study proposes a pair of competitive hypotheses to investigate the impact of millennial directors on CSR performancewith the perspective of institution unconformity.A further research is conducted to test how social and political pressure moderate the relationship between millennial directors and CSR performance. With a sample of Chinese listed firms during 2009 to 2017, the experimental results indicate that millennial directors, compared with pre-millennial directors, decrease firm’s CSR performance. Meanwhile, the negative relationship between millennial directors and CSR performance is more significant under the pressure of social media.

1228 Study on the Impacts of Perceived Organizational Factors and Work Meaning on Older Employees’Offline Intergenerational Knowledge Transfer
WANG Changyu,ZUO Meiyun
Based on conservation of resource theory, this study tries to find the impacts of perceived organizational factors and work meaning on older employees’offline intergenerational knowledge transfer (IGKT). SmartPLS analysis results of the data about 138 older doctors show that perceived intergenerational supportive climate (PISC) and perceived top management support (PTMS) have positive impacts on both older employees’ offline intergenerational knowledge contribution (IGKC) and offline intergenerational knowledge acquisition (IGKA). However, perceived organizational institution support (POIS) has a negative impact on older employees’ offline IGKC, but has no significant influence on older employees’ offline IGKA. Work meaning has significant negative relation to older employees’ offline IGKC, and has nonsignificant positive relation to older employees’ offline IGKA. Among three perceived organizational factors, only PISC can significantly weaken the negative relationship between work meaning and older employees’ offline IGKC, and strengthen the positive relation of work meaning to older employees’ offline IGKA.

1238 Empirical Research on the Application of Virtual Teams in Healthcare Services
LI Jiaying,DENG Zhaohua,WU Hong
Online medical teams in the online healthcare community in essence belong to one kind of virtual teams, and collective action dilemmas exist in them. From the perspective of Collective Action Theory, a moderated cross-level model of doctors’ team identity, team size and individual service performance was proposed and validated, based on the basic information and service data of 865 online medical teams and 3 170 members in the online healthcare community. Results show that both team leadership and multiple-team membership identities have positive impacts on the individual performance of doctors, and the effect of team size on individual performance is positive U-shaped, which weakens the effect of multi-team membership identity on individual performance. In practice, if doctors want to improve individual service performance online, developing the identity of team leader and multiple-team membership can be a feasible strategy. Meanwhile, adjusting team size is also conducive to improving performance.

1245 Research on Motivational Evolution Mechanism of Users’ Continuous Participation in Online Health Communities
ZHANG Weiwei,JIANG Xue
Users’continuous participation is the key to the success of online health communities. This paper adopts the grounded theory to analyze the interview data from 41 users for exploratory research, and reveals the motivational evolution process of users’ continuous participation in online health communities from a dynamic perspective. The results show that users’participation behaviors are driven by external motivation (perceived quality of communities, perceived support from community members and perceived benefits) in the initial stage of participation. The opportunity effect of the users’ context and the positive emotion generated by the external environment stimulus promote the internalization of the users’external motivation. When the three basic internal demands (perceived health competence, perceived autonomy, and perceived relatedness) in communities are satisfied, users’motivations for continuous participation are generated. In addition, differences in platform types have specific impact on the evolution mechanism of users’ motivation.

1254 A Review on Research Path of Chinese Leadership from Cultural Perspective
SUN Xiuli,WANG Hui,ZHAO Shuming
From the perspectives of “adhering to, inheriting and carrying forward” of Chinese culture, this study sorts out and reviews Chinese leadership research along the three research paths of “ following narration, carrying-on narration, combining narration”. Among them, the research of “following narration” category explores the leadership thoughts contained in various traditional Chinese philosophies and their relationship with modern leadership theory and practice. The research of “carrying-on narration” category summarizes the leadership behaviors in the contemporary Chinese context from two paths of “Chinese-Western comparison” and “Chinese-Western integration”. The research of “combining narration” category explores the manifestation of yin-yang thinking, dialectical thinking, and zhong-yong thinking in leadership behavior. Those above classification presents three characteristics of Chinese leadership researchwhich is not only adhering to the “normative” of traditional culture, and exploring the inheritance of traditional culture in contemporary context, but also systematically analyzing its evolution in combination with ancient and modern philosophy. Finally, this study looks forward to future research from three perspectives: truth-seeking, pragmatism and supreme-good.
