From the perspective of CAS (Complex Adaptive System), modularization methodology is introduced into the system of EIRM (Enterprise Integrated Risk Management), which is decomposed structurally with ISM (Interpretative Structural Modeling). Then, the modularization system of EIRM has been proposed with Multi Agent modelling technique. Finally, the coupling relationships among Agents of this system have been optimized with management entropy, which emphasizes colligation of strategy Agent, organization Agent, methodology Agent, information Agent, cultures Agent and process Agent
