The Development Trends in Human Resource Management in Chinese Enterprises——From a Perspective of Human Capital |

Abstract Based on the description of Industrial 4.0, gig economy, sharing economy, sharing employee and changes in the labor market, this paper analyzes the important role of human capital management in these new environments. We concluded that the human resource management focusing on promoting human capital of Chinese enterprises is confronted by the following development trends: localization mode, intelligent function, precise efficiency and experiencing practice. Finally, in view of the above trends, the paper proposes that government should support through targeted policies and enterprises should maximize the value of their human capital. At the same time, employees should also make efforts to enhance their own sustainable human capital.
