Abstract  This study uses three industrial clusters of Fujian province as survey objects to collect data, setting up a structural equation model of the relationship among the network power right, ambidextrous knowledge sharing behavior and innovation performance, and exploring its action mechanism. The results show that network power of cluster enterprises has a significant positive effect on its innovation performance; exploratory knowledge sharing behaviors significantly improve innovation performance, and plays an intermediary role between network power and innovation performance. Therefore, under the background of industrial cluster, government should pay attention to the rational use of network power about the core enterprise, encourage exploratory knowledge sharing between enterprises, pay attention to the knowledge sharing and conduction effect, and promote the improvement of industrial cluster’s innovation performance.
