Abstract In recent years, there are three perspectives to explore indigenous research methodology for management and main path of China, and they are deconstruction and construction, context and culture, and scientific methodology paradigm. But the research methodology of exploration from the perspective of management practices and practitioners is quite few. And based on social constructionism and practical knowledge view, it is likely to establish new scientific epistemology and methodology on Chinese indigenous management research. Thus, based on he knowledge of this theory and long-term concentration of achievements of the management theory of Chinese pioneering corporations, named as Advantage Strategy, “4P” methodology is put forth which focuses on “practice- problem-Proposition / Model -point of view”. Thus, the “4P” can be considered as the critical reference for research methodology of management practice
